A Luv4Toys guide for Christmas!

Christmas is here and with it comes the toy-hunting season. If you are like me, you surely enjoy the hunt for the best presents for your kids. That is why I am willing to share with you our picks and finds for our two kids, Laia and Max, 6yo and 4yo respectively.

This time around, the process was simpler than previous years. We actually took the kids to the store to see the toys and, based on what they saw and liked the most, they asked Santa Claus and Baby Jesus for the toys they want for Christmas. Trust me when I say I was as excited as they were in there.

First let us go with Max, my little man. As stated before, he is 4 years old and a fan of old school anime, mostly Saint Seiya and Transformers (yes I know, those are aimed for an older audience), but he was hooked pretty fast to them he even start doing his "cosmos" enhancement thing out of nowhere. Nevertheless, for us (the wife and me) it was the later that turned our lights on (he already had this Saint Seiya as birthday present last month).

We went to the store and showed him some of the toys, including obviously the Transformers. Not a surprise he fell in love with OptimusPrime and Megatron, so we went and secured both of the figures from the Generations War for Cybertron: Siege line.

They both look pretty awesome and I'm willing to play with him on Christmas day.

He also liked the Metal Machines Construction Destruction track set. The cars are not fully metal made, but looks really awesome. Max developed a deep love for excavators thanks to Blippi (yeah, I know.) and since this track comes with one as it main theme, well, you know what else he asked for.

Now comes Laia, our little 6 years old princess. She is more easy going and more secure of her picks for Christmas. She went directly to the Barbie boot. Lots of pretty dolls right there (the local store surely puts an extra effort to this section). She was looking for the perfect one until she found this gorgeous mermaid. Of course, this type of presents needs accessories… yeah… "Accessories".

The second thing she picked (from the same Barbie area) was this absolute unit of camper complete with 3 dolls and a pool. This will be the biggest Christmas present under our Christmas tree.

Finally, in order to be able to play with her brother, she asked for yet another Transformer (she is also a fan), and guess who she picked? Arcee. She's not from the same line as Optimus and Megatron (Generations Earthrise) but will surely make quite the addition to the small collection of theirs.

This was my humble guide to Christmas based on what our kids wanted. We are confident this year's packs a blast for them and of course, for us too.
