LEGO Scale Model NATO F-83 "Seraphim"

LEGO MOCer Carter Baldwin has spent some time playing with LEGO bricks, enough to catch our attention and see what his NATO vision is all about.

"Up until now, I've tried to keep the NATO aesthetic as western as possible. This is the first NATO craft where I consciously adopted Russian elements, particularly from the SU-30 and the SU-47. However, the craft started from inspiration from the show Yukikaze, and (I hope) many elements of that still show through."

"The landing gear is a tad fragile, but fully functional. Building it was a maddening experience; I think I spent about half an hour per piece trying to make the apparatus as compact and sturdy as possible."
