Diamond Select Toys Marvel Gallery X-23 9 inches PVC Statue Up for Order!

Premiered during the NYCC this year, the 9 inch PVC statue of X-23 from Diamond Select Toys is now up for orders, shipping on May 2018.

She's the best there is at what she does, and she gets it from her dad's side! The Wolverine (formerly X-23, now just Laura Kinney) is the latest entry in the Marvel Gallery line of PVC Dioramas. Measuring approximately 9-inches tall, this detailed sculpture is made of high-quality PVC, and features collectible-quality paint applications and comes packaged in a full-color window box.

A little bit of background:

X-23 is the cloned daughter of Wolverine, created to be the perfect killing machine. For years, she proved herself a capable assassin working for an organization called the Facility. A series of tragedies eventually led her to Wolverine and the X-Men. She attends school at the X-Mansion, and eventually became a member of X-Force. Like Wolverine, X-23 has a regenerative healing factor and enhanced senses, speed, and reflexes. She also has retractable adamantium-coated bone claws in her hands and feet. In 2015, the character succeeded her father in adopting the name and costume of Wolverine in the series All-New Wolverine.

The character was originally created by writer Craig Kyle for the X-Men: Evolution television series in 2003, before debuting in the NYX comic series in 2004

Later on and more recently, she was portrayed by Dafne Keen in the 2017 film Logan.
