LEGO MOCing: we picked the top 10 creations [Battle Mechs]


It's been a while now since our journey began in seek for the ultimate LEGO creation. As we look around in the vast internet, we've came across many "MOCs" and "MOCers" that are indeed super talented.

Now we want to recognize those talents by sharing with all our followers our picks for a series of "genres" in the MOCing world. We are going to try and pick the TOP 10 creators and creations based on pure observation from the extremely prolific genre of LEGO Mechs MOCing to the outstanding world of LEGO dioramas.

Today, we will open this new section with the 10 most incredible LEGO Battle Mechs creations. Enjoy our humble selection and please, pay the creators a visit in their respective social media accounts! They deserve it and you will not regret it!

10 - Scorch from Titanfall 2 by Marius Herrmann


"The last missing Titan from Titanfall 2: The one and only, Papa Scorch!

To be honest, I wanted to build him last year. But especially the cockpit gave me a huge headache.

As you all know round-shapes aren't particularly easy to reproduce in LEGO and oval-shapes are even more of a pain."

We simply love the work of this guy. This one in particular is our favorite so far. It is brutal yet delicate in a manly way as he seems to love putting lots of effort on the details.

6 - GEMINI by Jan LEGO


This is one of our all time favorites! Jan LEGO did a really great job with this one. By the picture you can tell this one is huge compared to other MOCs (1/4th according to the creator himself).

He has a really cool blog (japanese) and you can actually order him a mecha. Try it!

4 - Black Boa Series by Benjamin Cheh


We cannot go wrong with Benjamin Cheh. He is one of the most talented mecha MOCers out there. We've covered some of his work before.
